1) Print out the PDF and line up the pages using the horizontal rules on the bottom of page 1 and the top of page 2
2) Place the heel of your foot in the curved line at bottom of the diagram
3) Locate your shoe size in the sizes at the top of the diagram

*To find your width, measure the widest part of your foot and use the table above to determine your size.
*To find your calf circumference, measure the fullest part of your calf and use the table above to determine your best fit.
